CANCELLATION POLICY

Policy Agreement/Card On File - A policy agreement will need to be signed at the time of booking and a credit/debit card put on file. If both of these are not done, services will not be provided. No exceptions. Cancellations - I love what I do and I value your time with me so I ask that all appointment cancellations are given 24 hour’s notice BEFORE your scheduled appointment. All appointments canceled within 24 hours or “no-show” appointments will be charged 100% of service total to the card that is on file. Appointments can be cancelled by texting and/or calling (208)431-0739. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and its not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. However be aware that if you are repeatedly cancelling appointments without proper notice, I reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. Rescheduling - Life happens and I completely understand. If you are needing to reschedule, please provide notice of said rescheduling 24 hours before appointment. If appointment is rescheduled within 24 hour’s notice, you will be charged for 50% of service, unless otherwise stated. You will be given two complimentary reschedules. 3+ reschedules, may result in a rescheduling fee of $20. This is to ensure that everyone is given equal opportunity to schedule with me. “No-Shows” - If you do not attend your appointment for any reason without contacting me, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file. First offense, you will be charged 100% of service total to the card provided on file. Second offense, you may be asked to pay 100% of service at the time of booking. Third offense, you will no longer be able to book appointments with me, unless otherwise stated. Late Arrivals - There is 15-minute grace period to allow for unpredicted circumstances. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call or text ahead to see if I have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. If I am able to complete service and agree upon that, you will be charged $1.00 per minute that you are late. Your time is just as valuable as mine, so if I am late, I will also take off $1.00 per minute that I am late to your service as well. Refunds - If you are not happy with your nails, please make sure I am aware before you pay. These are your nails, and I want you to be completely satisfied with them! Don’t be afraid to speak up! I will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coating that have been applied. No refunds will be given after you have left the salon. Complimentary Fixes - Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please text or call us ahead to schedule a free repair. (Repairs must be scheduled within 3 days of notification to the salon to be considered a complimentary fix). Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks without notifications are $10+ each. (Please remember, your nails are jewels. NOT TOOLS! Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.) Please call or text (208)431-0739 for all nail fixes. If you do not hear from me right away, it is due to being with a client and I promise I will get to your messages as soon as possible! Child Safety- In order to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, children are only permitted in the salon if they have a nail appointment with myself. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, NO child under 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We ask kindly that you make childcare arrangements prior to your scheduled appointments. Salon settings tend to have hot tools, chemicals, and sharp items within reach of children, and we want to ensure they are safe at all times and that is why we ask that they do not attend your appointments with you. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! Pets- Pets of any kind, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the salon. The State Board of Cosmetology have specific rules and regulations stating cleanliness and sanitation, and we abide by these rules. Service dogs with the official “Service Animal” vests are the ONLY exception. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to: Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area Anyone in ill health that we may suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be harmed by our services. Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment Anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to the nail technician and other customers.
